  • Soul Alchemy is a monthly rolling contract with payment taken each month.

  • Once you sign up via the membership page, you’ll be charged £9.99 each month for one practice every week. It really is that simple. There may be bonus resources included from time to time as well but this is about eliminating the overwhelm so keeping it simple with one weekly practice landing in your inbox every Wednesday at midday is where we’re at right now.

  • No, Soul Alchemy is a rolling monthly contract.

  • That’s easy, you can cancel at any time and you’ll still have full access to all practices and resources until the end of your term

  • Absolutely! Soul Alchemy yoga is for people who are curious about yoga and want to learn about more than just the physical aspect. Whether you’re a beginner or have been practicing for years doesn’t actually matter

  • The style I teach is mostly vinyasa yoga (think flows between each of the shapes) with prānāyāma (breath work) and meditation. But there will also be elements of other styles woven in too including hatha, yin, restorative, mandala, ashtanga, power, yoga nidrā and free movement.

  • Not yet, but I am working on it so keep an eye out!

  • All practices are pre-recorded with a few replays of live practices included.

  • Yes, and as a Soul Alchemy member you’ll be the first to know when that happens.

  • Yes, from Spring 2026 my plan is to start in-person chair yoga in Chichester and I’m working on creating a series of event days that follow the Celtic calendar or wheel of the year. If you’re signed up to my mailing list you’ll be the first to hear about both of these.

  • Absolutely!

  • If I had a pound for everytime I heard someone say this… Yoga is about connecting with yourself, your body, your mind, your soul and perhaps even something greater than yourself, whether that’s community, or reconnecting to / discovering your belief system. Flexibility is not what’s important here, although you may absolutely notice this evolve everytime you roll out your mat.

  • Because I believe in making yoga financially accessible. Often those who need it the most are the very people who can’t afford to pay for it.

  • Currently it is about making yoga financially accessible. In the future my goal is to offer yoga that is accessible for people with mobility impairments or restrictions for example, those living with chronic pain, limb difference and arthritis.
